About Claudia...

Hello everyone!

I live in a small village in Styria, surrounded by mountains and nature. I love the country life, working in my garden and watching the animals and birds that live there and in the nearby wood. I like to be outdoors all year round, to go for a walk or to do sports. I also love cooking and baking, travelling and languages. I’m an avid reader and I like movies and music.

Every nice card will be welcome – send me a card you think I might like or a card that you like or that is special to you :). I love the message on the card as much as the picture side and I'd love to read whatever you would like to share.

In case you don’t know which card to choose, here are some suggestions in random order:
- city views, famous buildings, landscapes, nature, UNESCO WHS
- cards related to the current season or holiday (Easter, Christmas, New Year or any other holiday you celebrate in your country)
- animals (especially cats, lynx, birds and native animals from your country)
- anything that has to do with your country or culture (native people, special clothes/things,…)
- cards showing art/paintings
- cards related to food, drinks, recipes
- maps or flags
- royal families, famous persons
- illustrations (children’s book illustrations, Moomins, Inge Löök, Kaj Stenvall,…)
- if anyone happens to have a card related to Jane Austen, her books or the TV/movie adaptations, I'd be delighted to receive it :)

As I said, these are just suggestions, so please feel free to send any card that you think is beautiful :)
Thank you and have fun with Postcrossing!

PS: I have already received a lot of cards but I'm still excited every time I open my mailbox. I really don’t mind receiving duplicates (the front side may be the same, but the back side will be different), so don’t worry about checking my wall, it’s really not necessary to browse through hundreds of cards.
