Hi, I love sending and receiving postcards. My friends seem to think emailing or texting is just as nice. Well i think you all agree with me, it is not quite the same:-)!

I really like cards with colors, poetry, Buddhist sayings, flowers, scenic views or hearts. I also like vintage cards.

It is great to receive cards from all over the world. Please write to me about you! What makes you smile, what are your favourite things in life? Or maybe you could share a quote or poem that inspired you with me? I really am curious about what other people think is important in their lives. So if you would like to share a bit of that with me, I would really appreciate it.

My Avator is a Buddhist saying in Dutch and it says:
"Sit quietly. Do nothing. Grass is growing. Spring will come by itself." This is a nice reminder for myself, when i'm racing through the day or worry about the future. And it always brings a smile to my face.

We have been through some rough months lately, but today the sun is filling our house with light. The colors of autumn are simply beautiful. I am sitting here, all is quiet. Louis, our little Bernese Mountaindog puppy, is snoring next to me. Yeah, I really can feel a smile on my face coming back to me.
