About Melli...

Hi there! I'm Melli and I live in Essen, in a region called "Ruhrgebiet" (see links below).

When I got some free time, I'm spending it on knitting & crocheting, reading, painting, playing with my animals (2 cavies, Igor & Gomez and 2 hens, Emily & Conchita), writing, geocaching, kidding and laughing and doing other funny things :D

I like to receive postcards which...

--> are funny, crazy, unusual, colourful, retro/vintage
--> show animals (especially BIRDS & Elks :))
--> show elaborate photography
--> present your city or country, using uncommon views or style
--> are homemade (I love cards that look like a scrapbook!)

I DON'T LIKE cards with advertisement prints on the front side!
(but crazy free cards or ad-cards with no obvious print on the front side are fine, too :))

Have a look at my favourites to see what I like most :) But actually it doesn't really matter WHAT kind of postcard you are going to send to me...just tell me something about you, your life, your country, which book you are reading at the moment (maybe you could write down a quote), your special talent(s), your personality, your work or studies....or you draw a picture or something. Be creative! :)
