Moin Moin - this means "Hi" in Hamburgian :o) I'm a middle-aged woman working in a library. I like books, cheesecake, cats, playing board games, stormy weather, reading, the Fifties, geocaching ... I don't need summer, heat, the sun, hot and humid - yes, I'm a winter type (but also love spring and autumn)

Believe me, I'm not proud to be picky but pretty please, I only want my cards to be written & stamped (in my eyes there is never (!) a need to use an envelope!) Cards in envelopes have no soul, they are so sad. Don't worry, so far almost every card reached safely.

Currently I’m somehow crazy about stones, so I'd be more than happy with ...
- pepples / colorful stones / stony beach/creek / cliffs ...
- gemstones / heartshaped stones ...
- natural stone bridge/wall / ruins ...
- stonepaved paths / cobbled street / alley ...
- gravestones / cemeteries / angel statues / crypt ...

BUT: Don't worry if you don't have any cards like this, these are only suggestions! I’m really not fussy and I love nearly all kinds of postcards,
but **P*L*E*A*S*E**
if at all possible, keep this few kind of cards for other users:
- any card in envelope / folded card (see reason above)
- Aerial views (= no details)
- ads/free
- art (= most of them are not my kind)
- selfmade/selfprinted
- Multiviews (= pictures are way to small)
(if you only have such cards, instead I'd prefer if you could cut out a postcard-sized piece of a cardboard package of food and use that as postcard)

I think the words on the back are as important as the picture on the front, so I'd love to hear something about you and your life ... What makes you happy? What’s the weather, the date? What did you have for breakfast?

(Yes, there are expired cards from me, but why should I write about them? Cards expire for lots of reasons, and nobody can do anything about it. So what; just let them go!)
