Hello everyone!
My name is Sabrina. I live in a small village in Northern Germany, somewhere between Bremen and Hamburg. I'm studying French and History since 2007. It's great fun, especially history - I think it's very interesting to see which historical events still have an impact on our lives.
In my free time, I enjoy playing piano and flute, traveling, reading, meeting friends and caring for my dog. It's a mixed breed called Arajka, not a spring chicken anymore, but she's still enjoying her life to the fullest. :) I'm also a silly fangirl: I'm a huge fan of Ben Barnes, Jason Isaacs, Disney (especially the movies of the 90ies, they were an important part of my childhood!), Harry Potter and The Chronicles of Narnia.
I'd like to receive all kinds of cards. It would be nice if it showed your city or country, but it can also show something completely different. To give you an idea, here are some things that I'd like to receive other than touristic cards: everything related to Japan, Korea or France, dogs, otters, owls, maps, vintage, 50ies, 60ies, Jan Saudek, Alphonse Mucha, Where's Wally/Waldo, the fandoms mentioned above. Things I'm not really into: flowers, paintings/art (exception: Mucha + history painting), Sheepworld.
Feel free to write whatever you like on your card! Tell me about the things on the card, your country, yourself, correct any mistakes in this text, draw something - in short: do whatever you like!
If you happen to be French or Italian: please write in your mother tongue! I love French and Italian so I'd love to receive cards in these languages. It might also help me to improve my language skills. :)
A while ago I started learning Russian, so a card with some very basic Russian (either on the card or in your text) is very welcome as well! Maybe you could teach me some vocabulary related to postcrossing? ;)
