About Amelia...

Hi! My name is Amelia and I'm 18 years old. I live in Cegłów, not very far away from Warszawa (Warsaw), the capital of Poland.

I love cappuccino, citrus fruit (I could eat oranges and mandarines all the time :)), books and music. Harlan Coben and James Rollins are my favourite authors, and I like "Gone with the wind" too. My favourite band is Linkin Park. I also like Green Day, The Rasmus, The Doors and Scorpions. The most I would like to get postcards of these things: coffee, citrus fruit and books.

I would also appreciate postcards showing your hometown or landscape of your country.

If you can, please send me a postcard connected with Africa. African culture is inspiring and beautiful.

If you are from Finland, Moomins cards are welcome :)

I would also like to get black & white postcards. I think they look amazing and sometimes you can see even more on these than on colourful ones. But vivid colours are wonderful too.

Another thing I like is watching movies, almost of all the types, but my favourite are horrors, thrillers, psychological ones and comedies, for example "The Piano", "Amelie" - it's also my name :), "Forrest Gump", " The Orphanage", "The Sixth Sense", "A Beautiful Mind",... there's a lot more. Recently, I've added a new film to my top list - "My Bluberry Nights".

I like travelling, particulary by my bike. Postcards with old bicycles would be perfect. I enjoy watching how view is changing and discovering new places. I like the way how everything gets green at the beginning of the spring, but I also enjoy the autumn time, I'm keen on picking up chestnuts. And the sky looks amazing in these seasons.
