Hello! My name is Amanda. I live in Charlotte, North Carolina with my cats.
My hobbies include web programming, sending/receiving postcards, putting together puzzles, and domestic (within the United States) travel. My wish is to visit each county in the United States at least once before I die. (Haha - good luck to me. My progress so far is at http://www.flickr.com/photos/lillicat/517213521/ )
I like to write -- there is never enough room on postcards for me to write more than a sentence or two. Forgive me in advance, which is why I also have a large profile for you to read here!
My postcard wish list:
- fractals
- roads and road signs
- severe weather, lighting, tornadoes, thunderstorms, etc.
- semi trucks/trailers
- space/astronomy related
- advertising (I request translation if not written in English)
- airports and commercial airplanes
But, I would like to let you know that all postcards are welcome! I prefer postcards only, no envelopes (it's cheaper that way.) I try to send all my postcards with at least 2 stamps. The post office here does not carry many "fun" stamps so the choices are very limited!
