There is a building in Garfield Park in Indianapolis, Indiana (USA) that is the concrete and brick version of this. It's called the Pagoda; such a beautiful building!

And I agree, with a washed-out address it is amazing that you still got it. I'm glad you did though so that I could see this beautiful building! =p
